Fault Finding in Action!
This is what happens during fault-finding work! We were called in after tenants reported receiving electric shocks from metal light switches (ouch!). Spotlights had recently been installed by builders, but something wasn’t right.
After some investigation, we discovered a 120v current on the metal switches—definitely not safe! The culprit? A loose earth connection in the junction box above the ceiling.
To track it down, we had to make a couple of strategic holes (all repaired now, of course!). But the good news? The fault has been fixed, and everything is back to being safe and sound.
